According to its name, “goa” means cave, and “lawah” means Bat. This temple provides us the beauty of temple with the colony of Bats that hanging on the upper surface of the cave. The cave location is inside of the inner yard of the temple also you can’t enter it. The cave considers being a holy area in the temple, visitor can only see from the outside part.

The location of The Bat Cave Temple is in Pesinggahan village , Klungkung regency. If you depart from Ngurah Rai airport directly, it will take approximately 1 hour, 35 minutes, with the distance about 36 kilometers.
